The AVX TAJ series capacitors are general purpose, standard polarized tantalum chip capacitors. The capacitance value ranges from 0.10μF to 2200μF.
  • EIA 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
  • Meets CECC 30801-005 and EIA 535BAAC standards
  • Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
  • Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
