Product Overview

The 4N33SM is a 1-channel 6-pin general purpose Photodarlington Optocoupler for use with low power logic circuits and solid state relays. It has a gallium arsenide infrared emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar photodarlington.
  • High sensitivity to low input drive current
  • Meets or exceeds all JEDEC registered specifications
  • 850V Peak working insulation voltage
  • 6000V Highest allowable over voltage
