Product Overview

The VUO160-12NO7 is a Standard Rectifier Module with copper internally DCB isolated base plate. The rectifier module features planar passivated chips, very low forward voltage drop, improved temperature and power cycling. This rectifier module is suitable for three-phase bridge configurations.

  • Easy to mount with two screws

  • 0.77V Threshold voltage
  • 3.4mΩ Slope resistance
