Product Overview

The DSOXDVM is an Integrated Digital Voltmeter (DVM) for InfiniiVision X-series 5-digit frequency counter inside the oscilloscopes. This measurement operates through the same probes as the oscilloscope channels and however, the measurements are de-coupled from the oscilloscope triggering system so that both the DVM and triggered oscilloscope measurements can be made with the same connection. The voltmeter results are always displayed, keeping these quick characterization measurements at your fingertips.
  • Functions - ACrms, DC/DCrms and frequency
  • 3-digit ACV/DCV and 5-digit frequency resolution
  • 100-time/second Measuring rate
  • Automatic adjustment of vertical amplification to maximize the dynamic range of measurements
  • Range meter - Graphical display of most recent measurement, plus extreme over the previous 3sec
