Product Overview

The LC4256ZE-P-EVN is a development kit for ispMACH 4256ZE-MN144 CPLD. The Pico evaluation board is small but packed with features to help evaluate the use of the ispMACH 4000ZE CPLD. The on board LC4256ZE is the highest capacity of the family with 256 macrocells. The 144 pin csBGA package provides 108 user I/Os and four dedicated inputs in a 7mm x 7mm package. The LC4256ZE consumes standby current as low as 15μA. CPLDs are ideal for glue logic, level shifting between signal standards, and providing additional interfaces for I/O limited microprocessors. On board power monitoring circuits with the POWR6AT6 device provide a convenient way to monitor power consumption of the CPLD. A USB cable programming interface allows you to modify the CPLD programming from any PC host. And by using ispLEVER classic and ispVM software we can compile our own designs captured as VHDL, Verilog HDL, or schematics.

The evaluation board must be stored between -40°C and 100°C. The recommended operating temperature is between 0°C and 90°C.


The evaluation board can be damaged without proper anti static handling.
