Product Overview

The MBR10100 is a Schottky Rectifier Diode with moulded plastic body, metal silicon junction, majority carrier conduction and lead-free pure tin-plated terminals. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-750, method 2026 standard. For use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
