Product Overview

The HVF series from Ohmite are surface-mount high voltage flip chip resistors. These chip resistors incorporates high accuracy screen printing technology to achieve high voltage capability. The HVF series offers unmatched performance in comparison to standard chip resistor. It's unique design provides lower voltage and temperature coefficients, less noise, tighter tolerances and higher voltage ratings. This resistor is made up of silver (PdAg) solder pad, thick film resistor element and silicone coating. The chip resistor is designed for automatic insertion.

  • Resistance value range from 1Kohm to 100Gohm
  • Voltage up to 3000V
  • Power rating of 0.3mW (1206) and 1W (2512)
  • Available with ±1%, ±5% and ±10% resistive tolerance
  • Temperature coefficient of ±100ppm/°C
  • Working temperature range from -55°C to 200°C
  • Non-magnetic construction
  • High voltage resistor
