The MUR120RLG is a SWITCHMODE™ Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. It is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and as free-wheeling diodes.
  • All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable
  • Cathode indicated by polarity band
  • Low forward voltage
  • Low leakage current
  • High temperature glass-passivated junction
