Product Overview

The PS21A79 is a Dual-in-line Intelligent Power Module Transistor with 3-phase inverter and N-side open emitter structure. The P-side features drive circuit, high voltage high-speed level shifting and control supply under-voltage (UV) protection. The N-side features drive circuit, control supply under-voltage protection (UV) and short-circuit protection (SC). This DIPIPM™ module features Schmitt trigger receiver circuit (high active) input interface, corresponding to SC fault (N-side IGBT) and UV fault (N-side supply).
