Product Overview

The SKRC440 is an economical RC snubber network for up to 500Arms load current applications. This surge protector is designed to limit the rate of voltage spikes which may exceed the dv/dt of SCR's. Beside the protection this module is also assist in latching SCR's used for low level inductive load current. This network module can also be supplied incorporating an optional MOV forming an excellent protection unit for semiconductor devices against high energy level voltage spikes.
