Product Overview

The STGIPS10K60A is a SLLIMM™ small low-loss Intelligent Moulded Module provides a compact, high performance AC motor drive in a simple, rugged design. Combining ST proprietary control IC with the most advanced short-circuit rugged IGBT system technology. It is ideal for 3-phase inverters in applications such as home appliances and air conditioners. It features IPM 10A/600V, 3-phase IGBT inverter bridge including control ICs for gate driving and freewheeling diodes.
  • Short-circuit rugged IGBT
  • VCE(sat) negative temperature coefficient
  • 3.3/5/15V CMOS/TTL inputs comparators with hysteresis and pull-down resistor
  • Undervoltage lockout
  • Internal bootstrap diode
  • Interlocking function
  • DBC substrate leading to low thermal resistance
  • 2500VRMS/minute Isolation rating
  • 5kΩ NTC thermistor for temperature control
