Product Overview

The G5 MICROTEMP series from Thermodisc are compact size, global standard thermal cut-offs. MICROTEMP thermal fuses offer an accurate, reliable solution for upper limit temperature protection against overheating. These thermal cut-offs interrupt an electrical circuit when operating temperatures exceed rated temperature of thermal fuse. The G5 series thermal cut-offs are designed for higher voltage and current applications. The global agency recognition of the G5 series enables use in a wide range of applications including major appliances and HVAC. These series has a different internal construction designed for interrupting higher currents and withstand higher temperatures.
  • Current interrupt capacity up to 20A at 250VAC
  • Functioning temperature (Tf) range from 72°C to 240°C
  • Available in cut, formed or terminated leads
  • Mounted and potted options available
  • UL/CSA, VDE, CCC, METI, BEAB approved
  • One shot operation cuts off electrical power
  • Low resistance
