                      Product Overview

                      The MAX6464XR29+T is an ultra low µP reset supervisory circuit in 3 pin SC-70 package. This circuit monitors battery, power supply and system voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. This circuit includes a precision bandgap reference, a comparator and an internally trimmed resistor network that set specified trip thresholds and an internal 5% threshold hysteresis circuit. This device provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when monitoring nominal system voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. It is used in load switching/power sequencing and noise-immune µP reset circuits.

                      • Supply voltage range is 1V to 6V at TA = 0°C to +125°C
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
                      • Minimum reset timeout period of 150ms
                      • Active-low, push-pull reset type with lower trip threshold voltage of 2.9V at TA = +25°C
                      • Threshold accuracy over temperature is ±2.5%
                      • Immune to short voltage transients
                      • No external components
                      • Supply current is 1µA at VCC = 5V, TA = -40°C to +85°C
                      • Output timeout period is 260ms at TA = +25°C
