The 245132-0610 from Molex is a 245132 series, dual row, 6 circuits, overmoulded Micro-Fit cable assembly. This Micro-Fit 3.0 to Micro-Fit 3.0 off-the-shelf (OTS) cable assembly provides rugged signal connection and has fully polarized housings, positive latching on housings, locking tang on terminals and overmoulded strain relief. The maximum current per contact is 5.5A and maximum voltage is 300VAC. It prohibits accidental mis-mating, prevents accidental disconnects, secures terminals in housings, reduces mechanical stress on wires and terminals, provides quick availability for development, production programs and customized versions for final designs. It mates with Micro-Fit 3.0 plug housings (43020), Micro-Fit 3.0 headers (43045), MicroFit 3.0 test plug (44242). Applications include consumer equipment, vending machines work stations, fan tray assemblies, gaming and vending, data/computing, personal computers, computers, work stations and servers.
  • Cable length is 1m, colour resin is black, polyester housing, UL 94V-2 flammability
  • Female to female gender, crimp or compression termination interface
  • Phosphor bronze metal material, tin mating plating, nylon resin material
  • Sn plating termination, 1000Mohm insulation resistance (min), ideal for signal and power application
  • Mating force is 1.0kgf (2.20lbf) maximum per contact, unmating force is 3.7N (0.83lbf) per circuit
  • 3mm mating interface pitch, 1.016µm plating min - mating, 1.016µm plating min - termination
  • Durability for male connectors up to 30 cycles at a maximum rate of 10 cycles per minute
  • 5.5mm wire insulation diameter, 20AWG wire size, UL 2464 wire/cable type
  • 10mohm maximum contact resistance, 600VAC dielectric withstanding voltage
  • PVC, black, 15% glass filled overmoulding, operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C
