The 34171B is an Input Terminal Block for digital multimeters. The DMM input terminal connector block is a set of two connectors which provide a convenient and reliable method to connect wires to all five input terminals. Terminal is made of low-thermal copper alloys to minimize thermally-induced voltages caused by dissimilar metals. For minimum thermal offset voltages, use un-plated copper wire of the same gauge for all connections.

Before making connections to terminal block, be sure to disconnect external live voltages present on user wiring. To prevent possible shock hazard, cover must always be used with terminal block base.
