The MM02104 is a C511™ 0.381mm 96.5/3/0.5 grade lead-free No-clean Cored Solder Wire, made of Sn/Ag/Cu alloy. It has been specially formulated to complement no clean wave and reflow soldering processes. Cored wire features ground-breaking, new lead-free flux core formulations to give users an easy transition to lead-free operations.
  • Distribution of flux throughout the solder wire making ideal for automated soldering processes
