Product Overview

The DPO2014B CAL D from Tektronix is a DPO2000B series digital phosphor oscilloscope (DPO) with 100MHz bandwidth and 4 analogue channels. It delivers advanced debug features at an entry-level price and quickly finds, diagnose problems in complex designs for analyzing analogue and digital signals. The DPO technology provides fast insight into real operation of device. Its waveform capture rate of 5,000wfm/s gives high probability of quickly seeing infrequent problems common in digital systems. With a deep record length of 1Mpoints standard on all channels, the DPO2000B allows users to capture long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. The Wave Inspector controls provide easy navigation and automated search of waveform data. The FilterVu variable low pass filter allows for removal of unwanted signal noise while still capturing high frequency events and TekVPI probe interface supports active, differential and current probes for automatic scaling and units.
