The DPO5000B series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope provides exceptional signal fidelity with 2GHz bandwidth and 10GS/s sample rate, along with advanced analysis and math capabilities. The Run Windows® based analysis software right on the oscilloscope. Point and click visual triggers enable to capture complex signals with ease. It provides up to 1GHz of analogue bandwidth and <4pF of capacitive loading. The extremely low capacitive loading minimizes adverse effects on circuits and is more forgiving of longer ground leads. And with the probe's wide bandwidth, can see the high frequency components in signal, which is critical for high-speed applications. It offers the industry's most complete performance to capture and isolate events, providing fast insight into the real operation. It provides the acquisition flexibility needed to capture the signals of interest while removing the effects of unwanted noise.
