Product Overview

The MSO2024B CAL from Tektronix is a MSO2000B series mixed signal oscilloscope with 200MHz, 1GS/s, 1M record length, 4+16 channel. It quickly find and diagnose problems in complex designs and lets to capture long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. MSO2000B series offers the industry's most comprehensive search and waveform navigation with its innovative Wave Inspector controls. It provides a complete set of triggers including runt, logic, pulse width/glitch, setup/hold violation, serial packet and parallel data to help quickly find event. This series offers a comprehensive set of integrated analysis tools including waveform and screen-based cursors, 29 automated measurements and FFT analysis. The FilterVu variable low pass filter allows for removal of unwanted signal noise while still capturing high frequency events. This compact form factor allows series to be easily moved between labs and it saves valuable space on test bench.
