Product Overview
The KHR 2-T227 series resistors from Powertron have resistances from 0.05ohm to 5Mohm. This series has temperature coefficient of ±300ppm/K (0.05 to 0.099ohm) and ±100ppm/K (0.1 to 5Mohm) (upon request ±50ppm/K is also available). The KHR 2-T227 series has -40°C to 155°C operating temperature range. The resistor material is thick film, substrate is Al2O3.

- 2% / 5% / 10% (from 0.05ohm) and 1% / 2% / 5% / 10% (from 0.1ohm)
- TCR to ±50ppm/K
- TO-227 (TO-238) housing
- Available in 0.7K/W and 0.35K/W thermal resistance
