ATS-CPX040040015-114-C3-R0 is a pushPIN™ heat sink. It features a flexible barb at the end designed to engage with pre-drilled hole in a PCB for a quick attachment. It uses compression springs that adds the necessary force to hold the assembly together for secure attachment.
- Coarse pitch xcut fins design
- Lightweight aluminum heat sink extruded from AL6063 ensure optimal cooling with blue anodized finish
- Supports 4-corner hole pattern with recommended hole size of 0.125inch for push‑pin mounting
- Pre-assembled with phase-change TIM (T412) ensures efficient heat transfer
- Thermal resistance is 2.4°C/W
- Dimension is 40mm x 40mm x 15mm (1.57" x 1.57" x 0.59") (L x W x H)
