Product Overview
YQS8065 is a Type YM series Thermometrics PTC thermistor. It consists of a range of radially-wired PTC disc thermistors with silicone resin coating with a wide range of operating current levels. Designed for general purpose over-current, overvoltage and direct over-temperature protection. Applications include general purpose overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, direct overtemperature protection.

- High performance barium titanate ceramic
- Suitable for automatic PCB insertion
- 20 ohm R at 25°C
- Maximum current without tripping (Int) is 168mA at T=25°C
- Minimum trip current of 265mA at T=25°C
- 1.3A maximum overload current (Imo), 10mA maximum residual current (Ires)
- Maximum operating voltage of 265Vrms, switch temperature of 120°C nominal
