Product Overview
0.5 INCH-D-MV is a millivolt output pressure sensor. It provides a calibrated millivolt output with superior output offset characteristics. Output offset errors due to change in temperature, stability to warm-up, stability to long time period, and position sensitivity is significantly reduced when compared to conventional compensation methods. In addition, the sensor utilizes a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure. This calibrated and temperature compensated sensor gives an accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. It is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like. It is radiometric to the supply voltage and operation from any DC supply voltage up to +16V is acceptable. Application includes medical instrumentation, environmental controls and HVAC.

- Offset voltage is ±500uV max at zero differential pressure
- Offset temperature shift is ±250uV max (0°C-50°C)

- Offset warm-up shift is ±100uV max, offset long term drift (one year) is ±200uV max
- Offset position sensitivity (1g) is ±5.0uV max
- Full scale shift is ±200uV max (0°C to 50°C)
- Operating temperature range from -25 to 85°C
