ELVH-100G-HRRD-C-NAA5 is an ELVH series analog pressure sensor. This innovative sensing element technology provides pressure sensors with best in class ultra low pressure sensing which reduces pack­age stress susceptibility, resulting in improved overall long term stability and vastly improved position sensitivity. The digital interface eases integration of the sensors into a wide range of process control and measurement systems, allowing direct connection to serial communications chan­nels. This calibrated and compensated sensor provides accurate, stable output over a wide temperature range. Typical applications are medical devices, medical instrumentation, respiratory, portable/hand-held equipment, environmental controls, environmental instrumentation, environmental monitoring, HVAC, industrial controls, altimeters, chemical analysis, meteorology.
