SFH 203 P is a radial T1 3/4 silicon PIN photodiode LED. Applications include access control and security, appliances and tools.
- ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
- Short switching time (typ. 5ns)
- 5mm LED plastic package
- 9.5µA typ photocurrent at Ev = 1000 lx; Std. Light A; VR = 5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
- Reverse voltage is 50V max at t ≤ 2min; TA = 25°C
- Total power dissipation is 150mW max at TA = 25°C
- Wavelength of max sensitivity is 850nm typ at TA = 25°C
- Forward voltage is 1.3V typ at IF = 100mA; E = 0, TA = 25°C
