Product Overview
AD2S90 is a complete 12bit resolution tracking resolver to digital converter. No external components are required to operate the device. Typical applications include industrial motor control, servo motor control, industrail gauge, encoder emulation, automotive motion sensing and control, factory automation, limit switching.
- Power supply: 4.75VDC to 5.25VDC
- Complete monolithic resolver-to-digital converter
- Incremental encoder emulation (1024-Line)
- Absolute serial data (12bit) and differential inputs
- 100nA input bias current, 60dB min CMRR
- 1000Hz max bandwidth and 20KHz frequency
- 2MHz max SCLK input rate
- 500rps maximum tracking rate
- 20 lead PLCC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
