AD822TRZ-EP-R7

AD822-EP is a dual precision, low power FET input op-amp. Enhanced product features such as supports defense and aerospace applications (AQEC standard), controlled manufacturing baseline, one assembly/test site and one fabrication site. Typical application includes photodiode preamps, active filters, 12bit to 14-bit data acquisition systems, low power references and regulators.

• True single-supply operation: input voltage range extend below ground and output swings rail-to-rail
• Single-supply capability from 5V to 30V and dual-supply capability from ±2.5V to ±15V
• High load drive, capacitive load drive of 350pF, G = +1 and minimum output current of 15mA
• Excellent AC performance for low power: 800μA maximum quiescent current per amplifier
• Unity-gain bandwidth is 1.8MHz and slew rate of 3V/μs
• Good DC performance: 800μV max input offset voltage and 2μV/°C typical offset voltage drift
• 25pA maximum input bias current
• Low noise of 13nV/√Hz at 10KHz and no phase inversion
• 8 lead NSOIC package
• Military temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
