                      Product Overview

                      ADT75ARMZ-REEL is a 12bit digital temperature sensor. It is a complete temperature monitoring system. It contains a band gap temperature sensor and a 12bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) to monitor and digitize the temperature to a resolution of 0.0625°C. The ADT75 is pin and register compatible with the LM75 and AD7416. It is guaranteed to operate at supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. Operating at 3.3V, the average supply current is typically 200µA. It offers a shutdown mode that powers down the device, and this mode gives a shutdown current of typically 3µA. It is used in applications such as isolated sensors, environmental control systems, computer thermal monitoring, thermal protection, industrial process control, power-system monitors, hand-held applications.

                      • Temperature hysteresis is 0.03°C typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
                      • RON resistance (low output) is 15 ohm typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
                      • Supply current at 3.3V is 350µA typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
                      • Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, 8-lead MSOP package
