Product Overview
DG508ACJ+ is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer (mux). This device guarantees break-before-make switching. This part has faster enabled switching times and significantly lower leakage currents. It also consumes significantly lower power, making it ideal for portable equipment. Applications include control systems, data logging systems, aircraft heads-up displays, data-acquisition systems, and signal routing.
- Single 8-channel (1-of-8) mux
- Improved second source, latch up-proof construction
- Operate from ±4.5V to ±18V supplies
- Symmetrical, bidirectional operation
- Logic and enable inputs, TTL and CMOS compatible
- Analog signal range from -15 to +15Vat V+=+15V, V-=-15V, GND=0, TA=+25°C
- Drain-source ON-resistance is 170 ohm typical at VD=10V, IS=-200μA
- Off-isolation is 68dB typical at VEN=0V, RL=1Kohm, VS=7VRMS, f=500KHz
- 16 plastic DIP package
- 0°C to +70°C operating temperature range
