Product Overview
The DS1135Z-10+ is a 3 in 1 high speed silicon delay line in 8 pin NSOIC package. It is a low power, +5V high speed version of the popular DS1013 and DS1035. It is a fastest 3-in-1 delay line having three independent logic buffered delays in a single package. It features precise leading and trailing edge accuracy and has an inherent reliability of an all-silicon delay line solution. Each output is capable of driving up to 10 LS loads.
- Supply voltage range is 4.75V to 5.25V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Stable and precise over temperature and voltage
- Vapour phasing, IR and wave solderable
- Initial tolerance is ±1ns
- ±1.5ns tolerance over the temperature -40°C to +85°C
- Delay per output is 10ns
