Product Overview
The MAX3094EESE+ is a ±15KV ESD-protected, 10Mbps, 3V, low power quad RS422/RS485 receiver in 16 pin NSOIC package. This rugged, low power RS422/RS485 receiver features electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for use in harsh environments. Receiver's inputs are protected to ±15KV using IEC 1000-4-2 air-gap discharge, ±8KV using IEC 1000- 4-2 contact discharge and ±15KV using the human body model. This device is used in telecommunications equipment, level translators and ESD sensitive applications.
- Supply voltage range is 3V to 3.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Propagation delay tolerance is ±10ns
- Allow up to 128 receivers on the bus
- low power shutdown mode with 1nA
- Supply current of 2.4mA at No load, output enabled
- Pin compatible upgrades to 34C86
