Product Overview
The MAX4389EUT+T is an ultra-small, low cost, 85MHz operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail outputs and disable in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This dual-supply, rail to rail, voltage feedback amplifier employ current feedback techniques to achieve 500V/μs slew rates and 85MHz -3dB bandwidth. It has an excellent harmonic distortion and differential gain/phase performance. It is used in analogue to digital converter interface, digital cameras and set-top boxes.
- Supply voltage range is ±2.25V to ±5.5V, 4.5V to 11V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Single operational amplifier
- Unity-gain stable device
- Input common-mode range extends to VEE
- Low differential gain of 0.015%
- Low differential phase of 0.015°
- Low distortion at 5MHz, -59dBc spurious-free dynamic range
