Product Overview
The MAX4476AUT+T is a low noise, low distortion, wide band, rail to rail operational amplifier (op-amp) in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This single op-amp with 10MHz gain bandwidth operate in single supply and draws 2.2mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier while featuring ultra low distortion of 0.0002% THD+N as well as low input voltage noise density of 4.5nV/√Hz and low input current-noise density of 0.5fA/√Hz. This feature makes the device an ideal choice for applications that require low distortion and/or low noise.
- Supply voltage range is ±1.35V to ±2.75V, 2.7V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- Rail to rail output swings with a 1Kohm load
- Unity gain stable
- Excellent DC characteristics, input offset voltage is 70µV
- Input bias current is 1pA and large signal voltage gain is 120dB
