Product Overview
The MAX803LEXR+T is a microprocessor reset circuit in 3 pin SC-70 package. This supervisory circuit is used to monitor power supplies in μP and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +5V, +3.3V, +3.V or +2.5V powered circuit. It asserts a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage declines below a preset threshold keeping it asserted for at least 140ms after VCC has risen above the reset threshold. This device is widely used in computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (μP) and microcontroller (μC) power monitoring and battery powered equipment.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Active-low, open-drain reset output
- Reset threshold voltage is 4.63V, supply current is 12μA
- Power supply transient immunity
- No external components are required
- Reset valid to VCC = +1V
