Product Overview
The MAX825REUK+T is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog timer and manual reset in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor’s (µP’s) reset input starts the µP in a known state and µP supervisory circuit assert a reset to prevent code execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. It is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC and significantly improve system reliability, accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components.
- Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Precision monitoring of +2.5V, +3V, +3.3V and +5V power supplies
- Reset threshold voltage is 2.63V
- manual reset input and a complementary active-high reset
- Fully specified over temperature
- Power on reset is 200ms
- Reset (complimentary) valid to VCC = 1V
- Power supply transient immunity
- No external components for watchdog or reset function
