                      Product Overview

                      The MAX9123EUE+ is a quad LVDS line driver with flow through pin-out in 16 pin TSSOP package. This low voltage differential signalling (LVDS) differential line driver is ideal for applications requiring high data rates, low power and low noise. The MAX9123 transmits data at speeds up to 800Mbps (400MHz) over controlled impedance media of approximately 100 ohm. The transmission media may be PCB traces, backplanes or cables. The device accepts four LVTTL/LVCMOS input levels and translates them to LVDS output signals. The MAX9123 is capable of setting all four outputs to high impedance state through two enable inputs, EN and active-low EN thus dropping device to an ultra low power state of 16mW during high impedance. Outputs conform to ANSI TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard. It is used in digital copiers, laser printers, cell phone base stations, add drop muxes, digital cross connects, DSLAMs, network switches/routers and clock distribution.

                      • Offset voltage of 1.25V
                      • Output short circuit current of -3.8mA and power off output current of 20μA
                      • No load supply current of 9.2mA and loaded supply current of 22.7mA
