Product Overview
The SI-HG63FQDL is a hinge style Safety Interlock Switch with inline QD connection responds when a mechanical guard opens. The interlock switches feature "positive opening" contacts for high reliability regardless of environmental conditions and withstand attempts to override the switch and defeat the system. The safety switch is integrated into a highly robust PBT housing and screwed onto the fine-cast stainless steel hinge.
- Safety switching point is repositionable
- Switch can also be converted to operate from the opposite side
- Protected from mechanical impact for superior performance to actuator-activated safety switches
- IP67 Protection rating
- Stainless steel hinge supports a load of 1800N (180kg)
- Switch is mounted on left side of hinge
