The 364A2595 is a white BNC Right Angle Jack made of Valox body with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and a polypropylene insulator. It feature two "vertically stacked" BNC Jack connectors and consume 50% less PCB real estate as compared to two right-angle connectors mounted side by side.
