Product Overview
The HCPL-3180-000E is a 2A output current high-speed Gate Drive Optocoupler has a GaAsP LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for high frequency driving of power IGBT and MOSFETs used in many applications.
- High speed response - 200ns maximum propagation delay over temperature range
- Undervoltage lock-out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
- -40 to 100°C Wide operating temperature range
- 20ns Typical pulse width distortion
