9882 (1X36YDS)

The 9882 (1"X36YDS) is a white Thermally Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape made of ceramic filled acrylic polymer with single liner using silicone-treated polyester. This 9882-series tape is designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes). Ideal for thin bonding applications. These tapes are pressure sensitive adhesives loaded with thermally conductive ceramic fillers. The specialized acrylic chemistry of these tapes provide for good thermal stability of the base polymer. The thermally conductive tapes are on a silicone treated polyester release liner for ease of handling and die cutting. Ideal for thin bonding applications.
