The B130LB-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with solderable lead free matte tin-finish terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection application.
- Polarity is indicated by cathode band or cathode notch
- Guard-ring die construction for transient protection
- Ideally suited for automated assembly
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- 260°C/10-second High temperature soldering at terminal
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
