Product Overview
The B550C-13-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier Rectifier Diode with guard ring die construction for transient protection, lead-free plating (matte tin finish) terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band or cathode notch polarity. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-202, method 208 standard. Ideally suited for automated assembly. Suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection application.
