Product Overview
The DDZ9684-7 is a surface mount low current Zener Diode with moulded plastic case, matte tin annealed over Alloy 42 lead frame terminals and cathode band connection. It is ideally suited for automated assembly processes.
- 500mW Power dissipation on ceramic PCB
- Specified at a low test current (50μA), ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered applications
- Totally lead-free
- Halogen and antimony-free - Green device
