Product Overview
The PDS3200-13 is a PowerDI®5 high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier with matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, very low forward voltage drop and high forward surge current capability.
- Very low leakage current
- Highly stable oxide passivated junction
- Level-1 per J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity
- 141V RMS reverse voltage
- 2°C/W Junction to soldering point thermal resistance
