Product Overview
The PDS5100-13 is a POWERDI® high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier with matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, very low forward voltage drop and high forward surge current capability.
- Low leakage current
- Level-1 per J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity
- 71V RMS reverse voltage
- 2.6°C/W Junction to soldering point thermal resistance
