Product Overview
ULN2004AS16-13 is a high voltage, high current Darlington array containing seven open collector common emitter pairs. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving. The inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify the board layout. This device is capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print heads, and high-power buffers.
- 500mA rated collector current (single output), high voltage output is 50V
- Output clamp diodes, inputs compatible with popular logic types
- Relay driver applications, “green” moulding compound (no Br, Sb)
- Off state input current is 65µA typical at (VCE = 50V, IC = 500µA)
- Input capacitance is 25pF maximum at (VI = 0, f = 1MHz, TA = +25°C)
- Input current is 0.82mA typical at (VI = 17V, TA = +25°C)
- Collector emitter saturation voltage is 0.9V typical at (II = 250µA, IC = 100mA)
- Collector cut-off current is 50µA maximum at (VCE = 50V, II = 0, TA = +25°C)
- Operating voltage range from 6V to 15V (CMOS, PMOS)
- SO-16 package, -40 to 105°C operating ambient temperature range
