Product Overview
The ZLLS400 is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode with matte tin annealed over alloy 42 lead frame terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated case and cathode band terminal connection. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-202, method 208 standard. The Schottky diode offers users an excellent performance combination comprising high current operation, extremely low leakage and low forward voltage ensuring suitability for applications requiring efficient operation at higher temperature (above 85°C).

- Extremely low leakage (10μA at 30V)
- High current capability (IF=0.52A)
