The ZLLS410TA is a low leakage Schottky Diode with matte tin-plated terminals and UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case. The Schottky diode offers users an excellent performance combination comprising high current operation, extremely low leakage and low forward voltage ensuring suitability for applications requiring efficient operation at higher temperature.
