The ZXTN2010GTA is a NPN medium power low saturation Bipolar Transistor offers 6A continuous collector current and 150V collector-base voltage. It is suitable for emergency lighting circuits, motor driving (including DC fans), solenoid, relay and actuator drivers, DC modules and backlight inverters.
