BFC-03

BFC-03 is a series BFC brass flap check valve. This is an economical check valve for both commercial and industrial application. Quality brass body and stem construction allow for long service life and reliability. Ideal where backflow could potentially cause damage to equipment by yielding reverse flow. Pressure in the line moves the flap off of the seat, opening the valve. When the inlet flow comes to a halt, back pressure moves the flap back onto the seat, stopping the flow. Designed to provide excellent flow characteristics with minimal turbulence and pressure loss while maintaining its ability to prevent backflow.

• 1-1/4˝ pipe size
• 1/2˝ to 3˝ NPT end connections
• Maximum pressure of 200psi (13.8bar); 150psi steam (10.3bar)
• Temperature Limit range from -20 to 180°F (-28.9 to 82°C)
• Brass body and disc, brass cap and nut
